DETAILS: The Great Lakes Lavender Growers conference is in its 8th year and welcomes members from the Great Lakes region. Our theme this year is "Bring Back the Sun: Agritourism on the Farm". Keynote speaker Dr Stacy Tomas of Oklahoma State University will share trends and opportunities to maximize farm tourism in the lavender context. Other programming will be devoted to cultivating the farm experience with experts and regional lavender farmers leading presentations and discussions. The day will end with breakout sessions devoted to sharing and networking among participants.
