Three-day hands-on workshop. Includes classroom, harvest, and distillation. Image learning with others with your same interest! Half the day will be classroom education followed by half a day of hands-on harvesting, distilling & cleaning. Distillery setup is taught, where to purchase supplies and more. Leave room in your suitcase to take some of what you distilled in this workshop with you! You'll distill on different sizes of stills. Due to the seasons of nature with botanicals the crop availability will determine what you harvest and distill but lavender is always at least one of the crops. You should leave this workshop feeling comfortable with your distillation when you return home.
